Shipping/Refund Policies

I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s) from K Franta Designs, please contact me. I am more than happy to assist you with questions and concerns.

Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or returns on items. The only time this is an exception is if it was my error (i.e. name misspelled, wrong initials, etc.) Please contact me immediately if there has been a mistake.

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before ordering. If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for the second shipping charge to resend the item(s) once they have been returned to me.

I cannot be held responsible for items delayed, damaged, or lost by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
