- How long does it take to process an order?
- Each item is hand-crafted, and will take between 5-10 business days to process. This time may be faster depending on current order volume and other circumstances
- What about shipping?

All items ship free. Your item will ship USPS, with either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item's weight and size. Shipping times depend on your location. We are based in Oklahoma and all items will ship from here unless otherwise noted in the item description.
- Do we accept returns?
- Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an error has been made on our part.

- What if my order arrives damaged?
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kfrantadesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
